"I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service "

"We stayed here for one night. The hotel is a short walk from the Ofuna train station. There are lots of restaurants and shops all within the hotel area. We had a late night flight home, so the hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage for us while we explored Kamakura. The hotel was clean, and the room a larger sized room compared to the normal smaller sized rooms in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and thought the hotel was perfect for our stay. "

"It was one of my best hotel stays. It was expensive but it's totally worth it. You felt welcome the moment you stepped off the shuttle. Hotel staffs were great and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, food quality and selection were all top notch. Onsen on the 5th and 6th floor, got to try both of them to feel the different atmosphere. Foot spa at the main floor. If you need privacy, tub and swing chair on your balcony is another option. Love everything, definitely will go back again! "
