"From the amenities, views, service, and overall facilities, this property is truly exceptional. The food stands out for both its quality and variety, and the spacious hot tub is a highlight. The only minor drawback is that the room feels a bit tight for four people, as it’s originally designed for two—adding two futons required removing the coffee table to create space. That said, everything else the property offers more than makes up for it, to the point where the room size hardly mattered. Even our room overlooked the stunning Lake Ashi, making the stay all the more special. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience."

Extending our checkout due to flight changes was easy and incredibly reasonable. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth adding on. The hotel is modern, well decorated, and inviting with some beautiful walking paths along the river."
