"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! "Great location and only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The 7-11 was only a 1 min walk and was a great place to get breakfast or snacks. The property was clean and the laundry machine is a very nice combined washer/dryer. "

"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. Given the fact that it is located in an average Japanese neighborhood and not close to any hotel zone, there are no eateries in the area and all food has to be brought in from elsewhere and/ or prepared on site. "This Vacation Village is a newer building with everything you need for a stay. I was surprised that for a western family of 2 adults and 2 children this rental did not seems small in any way. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and there are a lot of restaurant options as well as a FamilyMart and 7Eleven very nearby not to mention an amazing boulangerie in the same block to pickup fresh baked baguettes and croissants that we had almost every morning A five minute walk to the station and you...

"This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. The only issue I found was with the dryer in the room, as it required multiple cycles to dry clothes completely. Other than that, the stay was excellent!"
