"mazing place! Amazing location! There is no staff on-site (check-in is keyless and took us a while), nor is there a place to store your bags if needed. However, this hotel is really worth it. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space and amenities inside the apartment . We really enjoyed it, especially the view of Mt. Fuji."
