Staff can’t do enough and you feel very well looked after. Nice touches such as free drinks and ice cream. Wonderful onsen and Japanese garden. Very extensive breakfast buffet. It’s a large hotel and was very noisy when we arrived but was quiet and peaceful after that and had a wonderful air of calmness. Get very clear and detailed instructions from hotel on where to pick up shuttle bus from Gora station to hotel on arrival as this was very confusing from information given which needed to be much clearer. "
