"Hotel provided clear instructions to find the reception (perhaps this was in response to the people who had issues finding it - we had no problems getting from the Odawara Shinkansen platform to the Hotel reception). Friendly staff, clean modern facilities. Comfortable bed and great buffet breakfast with plenty of Japanese style foods. Rooftop footbath is excellent - very relaxing and great view. Super convenient to public transport and great base for exploring Hakone. "
