"Location was great. Price reasonable and very clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. The one inconvenience is that keeps me from giving 5 stars was that there was no one to call when you need anything, even if you place a request on their portal. They don’t deliver unless you’re staying multiple nights, The chat didn’t work. They gave us 2 coffee pods for a group of 4 people.The Nearest store is a 20 min uphill walk to get coffee. They have a vending machine but no coffee pods. Coffee is very important to us."

"Excellent location near station. Beautifully situated in hill top with views and river. Large hotel with Onsen and restaurant options. Breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose from. Staff was very kind and helpful."
