"Was wonderfully surprised from my recent stay at Mars Garden Wood Gotemba. It surpassed my expectations! I had booked it for its large room size and close proximity to Gotemba Premium Outlets. However, I was surprised by how nice the property was! I think it was recently facelifted which gave the place a clean and contemporary feel while retaining some traditional Japanese charm. "I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and its staff. The complimentary items such as the pj’s, coffee, tea, soups and toiletries were an awesome addition. They even had hair straighteners and curling irons in case you forgot yours and a washer and dryer which came in so useful on a 14 day trip! The roof top balcony had an amazing view of Mt Fuji.
We missed our cut off time for luggage transport while on an E-bike tour. The staff at the hotel drove us to the Yamato drop...
"This was an excellent experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I liked everything about the hotel, including the motor speedway theme, design, ambiance, facilities, state-of-the art gym, pool, jacuzzi, hot spring water area, hospitality, and impeccable service and manners. It is the platinum standard. I highly recommend it without any reservations whatsoever ever!"
