"Staff was quite helpful, breakfast was quite good. Rooms were clean, everything went smooth. Not much around there area but there’s some little restaurants/bars. Only issue we had was that the washer/dryer did not dry our clothes in the slightest all after multiple cycles, we waited over an hour and it just didn’t work. Otherwise, nice little onsen!"
"I really loved the outdoors ofuro. The facility is really beautiful in general, very friendly staff, and very easy to access from the train stop. It was a last minute reservation and we were lucky and surprised to have an ofuro in our room."
"This was the most charming hotel with so much history and beautiful details. We stayed in the Angel room, which was gorgeous and spacious, and had an amazing view of the mountains. The gardens behind the property were so pretty with little walking paths and waterfalls. We loved the 1920's feel of the property. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend!"
"Off the beaten path slightly so prepare for a little walk from the train station or get a cab, but they do have a shuttle to get you to the train Went for the onsens and wasn’t disappointed clean and peaceful the surrounding area was easy to get to with great food options around would stay again"
