"My husband and I are both vegetarians, and the chef was able to make delicious vegetarian meals for us. The dinner we had was one of the best of our time in Japan. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room and private onsen were relaxing, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The staff went above and beyond by providing us a ride to the Open Air Museum and then to the train station. We had an incredible time and would very highly recommend staying here!!"

Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"Amazing ryokan. The best service I've had in my life. They offered a driver for our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were out of this world. Room was large, clean, and quiet. Loved the private onsen and patio. Definitely worth it!!"

"Everything superb. Room with onsen was amazing. Staff beyond belief. Breakfast tasty and varied. Across the bridge is an excellent sushi restaurant. Only downside is location requires shuttle or taxi to get to Gora Station. They provide free shuttle from 10 am to 6 pm. Also, we don’t like western dinners and that’s all that was available. Highly recommended."
