"We had a great experience at this ryokan! They picked us up from the train station and upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member discussed the amenities, use of the onsen and will answer any questions. The ryokan has a small outdoor onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast and 12 course dinner are included in the room rate. Overall a wonderful stay."

" The hotel environment is absolutely extraordinary! Staff are nice and warm. The 2 included meals are delicious. The location is not at a convenient spot however there are shuttle services. If there is any imperfection, I would say the breakfast cafe seems a bit too crowded. I mean, the table arrangement is quite busy "

"The Onsen were wonderful. And on the whole, this ryokan felt very nice. However, we would NOT recommend eating there. The dinner was very expensive and very poor quality. The tempura was old and had been cooked 2 or 3 days ago. Each dish was pretty vile. Also there was a family in the room above ours with extremely noisy children and we could hear everything.
