"This property is false advertisement the rooms are not like the picture. There was no air con or a fan the room was unbearable. It was dirty and smelt horrific there was no check in desk just a lady who scanned your card with her phone. The room next door was having work done on it banging drilling and mess we didn’t stay we left after I’d found another hotel i couldn’t let my 14 year old son stay there it shouldn’t be able to advertise avoid at all costs "

"Great place to stay for Heaton Park gigs. Came for Oasis and the staff were very friendly even though they were busy. Food is decent. Rooms are lovely. Would stay here again "
