"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"Parking was excellent. Very close to the room. But I asked for an accessible room as I have a mobility walker. There was a high step up into the room so I had to lift my walker up, hold myself on the wall and lift myself up into the room. We were welcomed nicely. The first night I went to plug in my travel mini-cpap machine. It has a transformer to plug in. Unfortunately the transformer was vertical and the electricity socket was too close to the floor, so I could not plug it in. This was at 5:30pm. I called reception to ask for an extension cord. The man on duty told me that other people have plugged in their sleep apnea machines. I explained that my machine was the travel mini and theirs were the bigger one for home. I again asked if I could borrow an extension cord. He said there were none at reception and he will have to ask housekeeping. Two hours later at 7:30pm I called him to see what the delay was as he had not replied. He said that housekeeping did not have any extension cords. Unfortunately both my husband and I did not sleep that night. While I was waiting for my husband, I ordered a click and collect from Bunnings to buy an extension cord. After that, I decide to call reception at the hotel to see what they would say about an electrical extension cord. The receptionist said immediately that they had a few different types at reception and when I returned to the hotel to come and choose which one I needed. The night reception man was very unprofessional. "

"Good clean little hotel. Close to centre of Sydney. At a very reasonable price. With on site free parking, though a bit narrow if you have a large car."

"The view is extremely beautiful. I can see the ship from my window. The hotel is clean and staffs are wonderful Next to train station . Can’t ask for more. Will be back if i visit Sydney again "

"The electricity to the in room kitchen wasn’t working. I couldn’t use any appliance in the room. The things I put in the fridge had to be thrown out. The manager and night duty manager didn’t return my call and the emergency number wasn’t monitored. Now they aren’t talking to me about a refund. I won't be staying at Quest Chatswood again "

"Stayed here before. As my family live across the road. Chose different room this time. Booked 3 nights across Anzac, zero housekeeping the whole time . So price felt unfair. I booked a room with a deck but never used it , as its very enclosed so not much sun and all the rooms above can look right down on you. Nice and quiet at night and aircon kept perfect temperature. Travelling with my grownup son, so two small "single" beds. They only had 1 x chair in the room so had to sit on the beds predominantly. Hence the room felt poky. Grateful for the Nespresso machine but they only had mugs!.. Handy to the St Leonards station and big superette nearby. Lots of eating places at night thanks to the development around St Leonards."
