The front staff is kind and informative, the cleaning staff is trustworthy and efficient, and the restaurant staff is very kind with good conversation. I would also like to give a positive recognition to the worker Mae at the resturaunt staff. Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. This was my second stay here. It is a great hotel with a fabulous staff. The courtesy pick at the airport was waiting even though our plane was early (yeah, I know karma is going to catch up with me). All the wall switches are electronic, even automatic curtains, I know, but it was fun. Hot shower, plenty of water pressure, air conditioner controlled from the bed, send me in coach. If you are in Cebu or Lapu-Lapu, this is a great place.
