"Som staff were friendly and helpful, others super rude. Room was dirty, Doritos crumbs inside the couch, shower soap scums. The hallways smelled awful. Just not good. Have stayed here before for price and location, and often travel to that region. Never staying there again."

"Lovely historic property in excellent location. BUT, if you have mobility issues, beware. Rooms are accessible by stairs only. The hotel does not have an elevator. Room 200 has a vintage clawfoot tub with shower. There are no safety grab bars which would be helpful when stepping up and over the high sides of the tub. Owners would be wise to add this feature to make it safer."

"Staff was friendly …..bed was comfortable but the room was outdated and peeling wallpaper as well as peeling caulk in the bathroom….the continental breakfast gets a Big Zero! Bagels were stale, really no options…frozen egg sandwich…they didn’t even have ketchup packets for said sandwiches. OJ tasted funny as well as very weak coffee. Had to go to a restaurant to get breakfast. The only good thing was that it was next too the Mt. Hope winery, which is why we stayed there. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
