"Our room was fantastic for the price! It appeared to have been recently renovated – clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Long-term parking was available at a great rate. Due to roadworks outside the hotel, the airport transfer bus couldn’t come directly to the property. However, a wonderfully kind young staff member went above and beyond, personally driving my five-year-old and me to the nearest hotel so we could catch the bus, saving us from a 1 km walk with luggage at 3 a.m in the middle of winter. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I hope he knows how grateful we are and is recognised for this act of kindness. Thank you!!!! "

"Very comfortable quality accommodation in a spacious modern room, with touches of luxury. Lots of night time street noise. Attentive and helpful staff. Be aware of an uninformed practice of scanning photo ID at check-in. View from the “Vantage King Room” on Level 2 was directly into the Conference Centre, so if you want a view be sure to request it. Would stay again 👍 "
