Many extras like a Keurig with pods, bottled water and a nice outdoor seating area in back. Close to many restaurants and stores and all Long Beach has to offer. "This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...
