I found the price to be good considering how clean and updated I thought the hotel was compared to others who had a different rating. I was impressed and very pleased. The transfer of elevators was a little inconvenient. However, I appreciated when they allowed me to check in at 2pm when I showed the email informing me about that when their actual check in time as posted at the Front desk is 3pm.

Had a wonderful stay, staff was overly polite and willing to cater to any need I had. The view was great from 32nd floor on the bay. Very big mall with 30+ dining options inside less than a one minute walk away. I would stay again and recommend to anyone to stay here.

Have in this Hotel more than once and it's very comfortable with friendly staff, across the street from a convenience store. Easy to catch local transportation.

I enjoyed my stay using the pool and fitness center. There are not too many hotels with these features at this price range. Also, it's very convenient to be next to Robinson's Mall. The staff was very nice.

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of BGC. From our airport pickup, being greeted at the entry and taken directly to our room for check-in, everything was great.

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! We were expecting a continental breakfast only but were surprised With the huge spread of good food! Thank you! We’re booking our next stay before we go back to US!

Clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a beautiful space. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The gym has a good view of the pool.

Clean,comfort, a balcony that can host 30 people. Wi-Fi good, karaoke and the living space is good. Only 2 penthouse pad so the floor is quite and private.
