"Walls are all mouldy, coacroaches everywhere, washrooms are not clean and no towels. Would recomment other to go for other hotel in same price."

"Nothing great to talk about the hotel. Ok to stay if you don't expect much in terms of service. Passable!!! We had to ask for cups & towel in the room which was not provided. Housekeeping for daily cleaning was sent after we asked. Bed linen looked crumpled and overall toilet fitting and floor looked worn out. The recepitionionist kept asking me for room tariff to be paid even though I had paid everything on Hotels..com at the time of booking. Later he called his supervisor who sorted the issue....

"The coastal Palace is a family run hotel newly built spotless A.C rooms two on site restaurant’s non veg and pure veg the vegetarian food is excellent and well priced all the staff are friendly and helpful good value "
