"The front desk girl was the rudest and most awful hotel contact I have EVER encountered! We showed up around 6pm and while checking in, I asked about scheduling our airport shuttle for the next morning. The girl was so nasty and rude Saying that they require a 24 hour notice. She admitted that is not posted or advertised and said it’s not her problem, she just works there”. When I asked if she could please at least try for us because we really needed that shuttle, she got even ruder and it became an argument with her saying she won’t give me a room and to leave the hotel. We went outside and made calls. Thankfully the Marriott not only had a room for us, but even though their shuttle was broken down, she set up a taxi at no cost to me. Do NOT go to the Cambria!!!"

"Checking in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a balcony this time, the campus is always well kept and inviting with varying places to sit, fire pits and patio lighting was cozy, breakfast is served nice an early, a lot of variety, the pool was nice, stays available late I do go for a swim at 10pm, encounters with staff we’re all friendly and kind. I would like to thank the staff member unsure of her name but she remembered me and that had I tried to extend my stay Friday into Saturday but there were no rooms available which also goes to show you how nice the hotel is that it is always booked up, but she found my cell number and called me while I had already checked out and was shopping locally there was a room that came available I didn’t take the reservation because the rate was more for the one night then I had spent for the previous nights again not anything she could have done but I thank you for going above and beyond!!"

"An expensive one night stay. The staff is friendly but not very talkative. They accomodated the request for a first floor room. At this price point, i didnt expect a lot of amenities, but hot coffee at 5pm is a huge plus. The building is older but rooms have been updated. The room had TV, fridge, and microwave. The beds are not fixed to wall so if you the bed for other "activities" besides sleeping, the bed will slide across the floor. They have swept under the sliding beds in awhile so bring sandals or slippers. There are plenty of nearby restaurants "
