"All front desk staff that I encountered during my 6-night stay were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I had a bit of a problem getting my room cleaned. Their policy is to not clean every 3 days, if you are there that long. I told front desk on day 4 and on day 5 that no one had cleaned yet. They kept saying that it was because I had my Do Not Disturb sign up, which is probably true while I was in the room in the morning and did not want to be disturbed, but I did put it on "Welcome" when I left. Possibly they have an outside cleaning crew with limited hours. There is not much in the way of amenities here. Snacks for payment. Free coffee, tea, hot water, cold water available 24/7. No breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Room did have a mini-fridge and microwave. There were some newer features (floor, bathroom countertop), but there were definitely some things that need updating like hallway carpeting, pillows. Still, for the affordable price, it was a decent place and I would not hesitate to stay again. Other guests seemed to be blue-collar workers, but everyone was quiet and pleasant. I was never concerned about safety as a solo female traveler."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms weren’t very clean and I had to request service on a bathroom issue. I had to request multiple things that should have been in the room already. Also rooms desperately need smart TVs. Free Morning breakfast was a great touch with good options."

"Completely adequate hotel. The beds aren’t amazing. The part where people naturally sit is permanently indented and the sheets don’t stay on, but that’s not terrible. The elevator is also creepy and dirty. Paneling coming off. But I didn’t feel unsafe, just ick. The primary reason for four stars was a poorly handled misunderstanding with the night worker. Being correct isn’t a good reason for being snotty. I suspect the problem was one they deal with often, but it was the first time I’ve ever experienced it and rather than be polite and respectful, he went straight to rude. I know it’s a frustrating situation, but there is no reason not to try to be patient and explain things instead of showing your agitation when someone comes off a 12 hour drive and is arriving at 1am. You’re sitting watching tv and being paid. Just trying remembering your manners and turn on the attitude if manners don’t work first. The problem was mostly Expedia.s fault but blame is shared by the hotel for not adding the extra term and condition to the booking info which would have avoided the entire situation rather than expecting me to read your minds. Just chill. It didn’t need to be like that. The rest of the staff were pleasant."

"The check in was fast and efficient, the room was clean and the bathroom had fresh towels , the bed was made right and floors were swept . Everything was going well till I went to go make coffee, in the morning, poured the water in then I noticed something in the back by the back of the machine, thought it was a tissue someone missed when cleaning up , but no I went to throw it away until I realized it was a TAMPON and it was used ! Sitting right in the back of the coffee maker .DISGUSTING was putting it mild , I took a picture of it and went to the front desk and I was asked to send her an email for housekeeping and that was it , no further discount , and I could have breakfast if I wanted to pay for it , but coffee was free , no thank you god knows what else I might find . Should been getting a discount if not a night free . We will not be returning!I would appreciate at least a call from Marriott apologizing."
