"Came into town for a concert overnight and the space was quiet and clean and had everything you could need if you did forget something. Parking is right outside the door and the shower has good water pressure, bed was big and comfortable. Def would stay again."

"Nice property on quiet street. There was no washer/ dryer anywhere that we could find. Glad there was a bedroom in the first floor as the steps are steep and hard to navigate if you have mobility issues. Would stay here again."

"Beautiful property! I loved everything about it. Quiet , the street dead ends into lake Erie. There was a little patio in the back. We watched deer, and turkey vultures. There's everything you need. Its very clean and well kept. Not far from Cleveland. We went to the Rock and Roll hall of fame and Cuyahoga valley national park among others. It was a great vacation!!!!!"

"We needed a place to host our family in the eclipse totality zone. Luckily, we had a clear view of the partial and full eclipse from the front yard. We were happy to have enough bedrooms and comfortable beds. The living room seats were comfortable. Having working laundry facilities was useful. Most importantly, I have dietary restrictions so having a working, well equipped kitchen was very appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant for walks. "The property was filty. No cleaning had been done, there was literally clothes and bugs everywhere. Just pulling back the bed sheets, 2 things. 1 there was hair and junk all over the foam block, and 2 thats all there was to the bed. A foam block with sheets over it. Ashes everywhere, bugs everywhere, crumbs everywhere. We walked in and left. "Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."
