"The staff I dealt with was excellent. The young woman that checked me in was beyond excellent. I had some hiccups in my reservations, but she went over and beyond to help me. I had a son who was recovering from open-heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the compassion shown by the young lady at extreme time stress was beyond anything that I have dealt with in a long time. It’s these kind of people that I feel like it is tipped strongly or giving very big pay pay increases they are such assets to hotel, such as such as this."

"The walls were thin so the toddler next store woke me up at 4am. The shower head was under 5 feet high so I had to duck to shower. Restaurant was great. Folks working there are helpful and friendly. It's a value for the price"

"The outside of the property was a little run down, so we were a little worried as we walked down a grungy hallway to our room. BUT, the room itself was GREAT! It had been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located just off I-80/90 in what appeared to be a decent and safe neighborhood."
