"Checked in late on a Friday evening, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon getting to my room, the door would not unlock. This meant after a long day and late night I had to go back to the front desk, and was exchanged for another room. Room was clean, no issues. The BCHL hockey team staying at the property was an issue. Based off the bus parked outside the Cowichan Capital players were running up and down the hall extremely loudly up and until 2am. I did not call to complain, maybe I should have."
