We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. "This was our first VRBO and it will not be our last. Wonderful spot for the three of us, the kitchen, washing machine and separate rooms gave everyone their space - as if we were at our home. There were some questions we needed to ask and changes required - the VRBO app worked great and everything worked out."

"A unique stay at a 1910 era building. Lots of character and an amazing old school elevator. The free wine was very good and a much appreciated surprise. "

"Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. "
