"The electrical outlets in the rooms are not working. In general, everything is really bad. The mattresses have bedbugs; my sister got bitten, and we had to rush her to the hospital because of the state her skin was in. If I could add one thing, it would be that they should just close that hotel. The breakfast is absolutely disgusting. Everything there is definitely filthy."
