"Service is excellent with efficiency and warmth. Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. Considering i have a young child and hotel breakfast was part of the plan. Hopefully this review will remove the glitch message and lessen guest's overall stay experience."

"This hotel is pretty convenient with lotte supermarket and dining options and subway exit at basement, its also near to airport buses bus stop. Staff were friendly too. All good, will want to come back again!"

"Room service was very nice, and the staff at check-in were very polite. The room also had a good amount of space. I wish there was more than one washing and drying machine for the coin laundry, but my stay was very good overall."
