"Our stay had both highlights and disappointments. Upon arrival, we entered through the staff pier, and unfortunately, it made a very poor first impression. There was trash everywhere, and it was disappointing to see such a beautiful island not being properly maintained. The hotel should invest in keeping this area clean, as first impressions matter and play a big role in whether guests return or leave positive reviews. The villa itself was excellent—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. We enjoyed both the sunrises and sunsets from our room, and the private dipping pool was a welcome feature in the hot and humid weather. The only issue was that the previous guests had stored durian in the refrigerator, leaving behind a strong odor. The food was average. While the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, several restaurants frequently ran out of basic ingredients such as tomatoes, mangoes, avocados, and crab. The meals were acceptable but not particularly memorable. We were also disappointed that the tapas bar was closed for a private event one evening, limiting our dining options. Since there are no restaurants nearby, purchasing the all-inclusive package is probably the best value. The staff were pleasant but appeared overworked, and the level of service did not reflect what we expected from a five-star luxury resort. While the resort grounds were generally well maintained, many of the building exteriors showed noticeable wear and need"

"Had a lovey stay at this resort. The pool access room is well worth the price. Hotel is located right across from the beach as well. There are taxi drivers waiting to take guests anywhere for a fair price. Breakfast was a bit sparse but the food was excellent quality. Room service is available! Would recommend this resort to others and would absolutely stay here again if I need a break from the city."

"I loved every moment in this resort. It is clean, the staff was great and the food was top tier. To anyone visiting Phuket this is your home away from home. I was so glad to have found this place. Mandarava resort and spa is an oasis in the mountains. You won’t regret your stay here. It was nothing short of amazing."

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre prenium. Accueil incroyable, on vous conduit dans votre chambre avec une voiture de golf . La chambre est incroyable, douche extérieure, baignoire intérieur. De plus une corbeille de fruits nous attendait. Les extérieurs de l hotel sont magnifiques. 2 piscines dint une avec un bar et les prix sont accessibles. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et il est incroyable : bar a sauce, bar a donuts, bar a pad thai, bar a omelette. Y en a pour tous les goûts."
