"This our first time to stay in Hyatt Zivas. The staffs are great, they are really help us with great service, the only thing that I don’t like is that the alcohol really bad! Example is margarita tastes cheap! The foods are great, the only one bad is Dozo, where the food is bad, bad sushi, especially sashimi. Overall we had a great time. All staff’s restaurants are great, the pool is great the room is great. Can we have discount for 2nd time?😊"

"We had a great time. We had all of our family together even though we’re out of town. This was our second trip there the food was good not great, but the value is all there. The pool deck has slippery areas. You have to be very careful entering the pool if you are not using one of the stairs. The tile on the edge slopes into the water and makes it very easy to slip and hurt yourself."

"Our stay at Kimberly’s beautiful casa was so much more than we had expected! Kimberly is a very warm and generous host and made our stay 5 stars all the way around. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious terrace patio as our main living area the entire stay-morning, daytime and evening! The terrace is well-shaded in areas necessary for staying out of the hot sun but open in areas to sun on lounge chairs. The ocean view is spectacular! Inside, it was spacious, clean, well stocked and cooled by air conditioning when needed. We only wish we had booked here longer! Thank you Kimberly. "

"Clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped property. Loved the heated infinity pool and pristine patio area. Condo was what we expected from photos - note: steep walk uphill to access condo . Host, Kelley, condo owner answered questions and concerns we had. Her driver Manny ( and drivers) were polite respectful and punctual."
