"Location was great, short walk to thermal baths and waterfall. Close to train station and everything else. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and massage services on site which were very helpful for our tired bodies! The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. "We had a great stay. When we arrived by train, someone was there to pick us up. We ended up missing him but appreciated the gesture. Check in was quick and room was ready by regular check in time. The location of the hotel was perfect, off of main plaza and close to train and bus stations. Keep in mind that the only way to get up to the hotel is by several flights of stairs. "I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all."

"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."

"The team here really cannot do enough for you. Met me off the train and took me straight to get my bus ticket before the office closed. Also arranged a guide. Spotlessly clean and everything is new. Very quiet the night I was there too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 10/10"
