Panorama B&B
3.0 star property

"Great B&B just down the road from the train station but far enough from the main part of the city for a quiet night. The only sound was the flow of the Urubamba River right out the window."

"Location was great, short walk to thermal baths and waterfall. Close to train station and everything else. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and massage services on site which were very helpful for our tired bodies! The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. Water in shower was not as hot as I like it but it was comfortable, so we adapted and didn’t let the is minor thing overshadow the good things. "

"We had a great stay. When we arrived by train, someone was there to pick us up. We ended up missing him but appreciated the gesture. Check in was quick and room was ready by regular check in time. The location of the hotel was perfect, off of main plaza and close to train and bus stations. Keep in mind that the only way to get up to the hotel is by several flights of stairs. Luckily we packed light. The room was comfortable and clean. A free breakfast was included and it was bread, fruit,...

MACHUPICCHU GUEST HOUSE
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (12)
"I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all."

Anais Hostel Machupicchu
2.5 star property
4.6 out of 10, (3)
"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."

7.8 out of 10, Good, (93)
"Inka Wonder is in a great location in town. The room overlooked the river and was very comfortable. The staff were helpful & a small breakfast was included, the coffee was really good. I did have to pay with cash at the hotel in local currency as they do not take credit cards which seems to be common in Peru. "

"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. We did not experience the bugs and insect like the other patrons in the reviews, although the room did not have air conditioning during the evening with the windows open it was good, we only spent...
