  • This beautiful and charming south-facing villa is located in a small gated residential complex in Elviria. Its perfect location makes it ideal for a relaxing and cozy family vacation, complete with a private garden and private pool. Just a few minutes from the shops and the lively restaurant district in Elviria’s commercial center, and only a 15-minute walk to the beach, this enclave is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

    The vacation home has 2 floors. On the first floor is the spacious and light-filled living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and garden.
    A fully equipped kitchen, with a separate room for the washer and dryer.
    Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms feature large French doors overlooking the private garden. The covered terrace will be your favorite spot, even during the hot summer months—from a cozy breakfast to a romantic dinner with the illuminated pool as a backdrop and a view of the equally beautifully lit garden.

    On the upper floor is the third, very spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a solarium terrace. From here, you’ll enjoy the most beautiful panoramic view of Elviria and the sea.

Perfect house in beautiful surroundings not far from beach and short drive / bus ride to Marbella

Dejlig ferie :)

Alt var godt. Maria var altid på kommunikation, beliggenheden var skøn, poolen var skøn osv. Hvis vi skal sige noget ville det være dejligt med air Condition nedenunder og en gasgrill fremfor en kulgrill. Men det betød ikke noget, vi elskede ferien og huset :)

A Lovely Villa In A Safe & Secure Setting

We had a lovely time in this villa, great pool and garden space, lovely indoor space too and a gorgeous sun trap of a terrace attached to the upstairs bedroom, my only constructive feedback would be for Air Conditioning to be installed into the downstairs bedrooms as well as the upstairs bedroom. Maria was a great host.

Fantastic villa!

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for! Maria was always on the end of the phone fort anything we needed and the check in and check out was seamless. The villa is well equipped and had everything you could need. The outside space and pool are fantastic too! The only negative comment would be that the only room that had air con is the master bedroom. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were extremely hot, so if this was to be sorted the villa would be a 10/10!

Simply Outstanding

Everything in the property was spotless, and Maria couldn't be more helpful. She was available throughout our stay via whatsapp which was very convenient and the villa had everything that we needed, apart from air conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms which did make nights with our children slightly more difficult. Location was fab, we were about 15 minutes in a taxi to Marbella old town and about 40 minutes from the airport (although the roads were relatively quiet as we had late flights). The option of late check out worked perfectly for us and allowed us all to enjoy the villa that little bit longer. All of the family were in disbelief as to how beautiful the villa was and the pool was a great size, my children were super excited to find floats ready and waiting on them. Would highly recommend booking again and we have already spoken about trying to come back next year when we never normally go to the same place twice.
