"The location of the hotel is excellent, with the best parts of Verona on your doorstep, all within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware, if you are arriving by car, that the hotel does not have any parking available nearby. Public parking garage is about 10-15 minutes walk away, across the river. Also, WiFi wasn’t working during our stay. Verona is a beautiful town, well worth visiting."

"Rooms are simple & nicely decorated. Owner & staff were great! Went to the bar around the corner for my daily cappaccino & croissant, lovely! The San Zeno piazza is a block away with many restaurants. I highly recommend Trattoria San Zeno! Owner & waiter absolutely wonderful & food is delicious & extremely reasonable! Verona Centre is a 10-15 min walk but I took the Verona bikes from piazza & took me less than 5 min to get into the Centre. Or you can grab the bus by the bar around the corner...

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, fantastic location. Our host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Parking was easy just a few blocks away at the cittadella parking lot. At $21 euros a day, not cheap but comparable to most inner city parking prices. We ate at a few places but our favourite was the food and service at Ostinati just steps outside Ariel's main entrance. "

"The breakfast is really good. The accommodation was a little bit shabby and tired and the garden with a little bit overgrown - however overall the experience was good. We had some difficulty checking in because the instructions are a bit complicated and not very well phrased. We had the owner on the phone who was clearly upstairs, we could hear us speaking to us but didn’t, come down to help us. We were tired and had a baby and could’ve done with some assistance in checking in but that was the...

"Extremely well-maintained, thoughtfully designed and decorated space with beautiful rooms and entrance foyer. The owners were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of the old town, some excellent dining right nearby and quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Verona and would certainly return! "
