"Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. Had to book another accommodation for the remainder of my trip. Wasn’t expecting luxury but at the very least, basic hygiene standards and beds which could be comfortably slept in. "

Wish you was local I would come all the time cheaper than a weekly food shop. Staff all great nothing to dislike love to see someone getting right for a change . "

"Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you"

"Just the three of us came in from America for a wedding in Ely. The home is just gorgeous inside with beautiful, rich and cozy palette. The art is intriguing. It is just so tastfully done. We wish we would have had more time to just chill out in all the comfortable spots in the home. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were upgraded and large. As a owner of several VRBO's, I can be critical to spaces, this one was hard to find flaws in. Greg was also super easy to work with and very quick in responses. We live 11 time zones away but I never felt I was waiting for responses. Sarah C."
