We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. There were residents upstair, while they weren't noisy as such, we could hear the moving of multiple furnitures and movie they watched as sound travel through the floor boards and balcony and we did find it hard to sleep the first night due to the noise..
