"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."

"Everything, from location,the 600 yr. old building,cleanliness, breakfast and staff was perfect. The rooms (we stayed at 2 ) are comfortable. Only problem is no shower door or curtain exist. After a shower the whole bathroom is under water. We dealt with the problem by putting our used towels on the floor, not the best but the only solution we could come up with. A hard solution as the building is so old and there is limited space for the room and bathroom "
