"We have traveled to many parts of the world and have stayed in many hotels. I can easily say that this hotel and the services we received was, by far, the best experience. The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us.
