The staff was very friendly and hotel was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the train station which was the main purpose for this hotel stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a gem!!! Located inside the airport in between the terminal 1 and 2. Less than 3 minutes walk. Super nice room clean the staff very very friendly. Convenient location just above the old part of Lyon. Spacious and very comfortable bedrooms. Multiple food options and amazing breakfast buffet.

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

Nothing special about the breakfast

First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. I'm very picky about hotels, and struggle to find ones in Europe that are comfortable with good food service, as well as enjoying other amenities. We were so pleased with this Novotel! The beds were super comfortable, rooms were soundproofed, the Breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the other food in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the hotel was so well placed in the city, we could walk or take the tram (very cheap!) to see all the best parts of the city!...

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and an excellent value. Guests expect reasonable TV coverage. In this instance reception was scrambled and was entirely French coverage. Some international coverage (CNN, BBC) and English language coverage for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city such as Lyon is needed and a technical upgrade of TV service is needed.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.
