"Silver Dart Lodge was a lovely place to stay as we began our Cape Breton exploration. I paid extra for a chalet, hoping we would have a better water view. However, it seems like if you stay at one of the regular rooms, you are closer to the water. The chalet gives you easieraccess to a huge green space and you have a lovely porch. Unfortunately, the television system in the chalets is extremely old, which is a bit of a downer. Other than that great time and the staff was wonderful! We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the room we stayed in. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best thing was the view. The 92 year old lady travelling with me would have liked some tea bags so she could use the microwave to boil water for tea There was a coffee machine and coffee pods for it but neither of us drink coffee. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends. "
