Garden patio with table and chairs in front and back were appreciated on the fine, sunny days. "Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. "I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "
