"For context we are a couple who stayed for one night. Where do I begin! At this point we hadn’t even checked in and Anne was accommodating and responsive. She was helping us with questions at any point from recommendations to check in. Already off to a good start! Once we had entered the building we were both so pleased - it is immaculate and beautifully decorated. we booked the superior room on 2nd floor (room 5) and we were even more impressed! A very clean large room with a sofa, natural light with all amenities included and even a fully equipped coffee/tea station. The bed was beyond comfortable and I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous with amenities from Hæckles (an independent local apothecary brand) and they smelt so lovely. The hotel is bang in the centre, a short walk away from all the hot spots which made exploring super easy. Despite the location it wasn’t loud in the evening at all, hence the great sleep! I can’t thank Anne enough for her help and hospitality and also want to praise this hotel for exceeding our expectations massively - 100% would return and recommend to anyone visiting!"
