"We stayed in Rose barn which was clean and spacious, had an open fire and hot tub. There are a number of barns on the site so this is a great destination for a family or friends get together. Close to the beach and a short drive from Bude. Dog friendly as well."

The kitchen equipment was limited for self catering and the wet rooms needed a little TLC due to use over time but nothing major. The location for Widemouth Bay and Bude (approx. 10min drive to Bude) was perfect. Being on a working farm added to the charm of the location and it was nice to be able to walk around. "We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."
