Very good location with many amenities around and public transportation. Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean, definitely recommend for a short trip to Vienna.

We were suggested to stay in this hotel with our toddler and so happy we did! It is kids oriented and offers separate room for toddlers with plenty of toys and riding cars and a separate room for older kids with all the games you can think of! The pool was very unique and pretty. Unfortunately we didn't have a long enough stay to use it. If we ever spend time near Vienna, we'd definitely go back there. It is easy to get to from the highway and the train station was a short walk from the hotel and it went straight to downtown Vienna.

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

The staff members were among the most helpful of those we have encountered in all our travels. This is about our fifth one time to say at this hotel. We have been coming here for more than a decade — each time we come to Vienna — we stay here.

Across from train station Wien HBF and close to metro stops. Food court near Canettistraße had variety of food options. Our room was perfect except there was an issue with the card holder for the electricity. Evelina took care of us and gave us a new room. If you like walking, it’s perfect to walk to many sites. Don’t miss the Albertina Museum. Also, stand in cue for a great Kebap at Gerhat Doner. Will return in the future.
