"The room was disgusting, there was a foul odour upon arrival, the toilet was dirty and there was cobwebs all over the room. NOT TO MENTION THE BEDBUGS. It was as if the room had been left uncleared for ages before we were set to stay.
We stayed in the room for as long as it took us to find a new place to stay... around 20 minutes after it took us almost 30 minutes to get checked in at the self service check-in since the email they sent with a check-in code was sent straight to my spam mail...

"Communication with the property owner was easy, and they were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Each apartment has its own washing machine, and laundry detergent is provided, which was very convenient. The apartment has two bedrooms and is located close to public transportation.
We stayed in one of the renovated apartments on the top floor. The main bedroom has air conditioning, but the second bedroom only has a fan, which was not very effective during hot weather. The beds in...

"Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door.
