This was a perfect place for our visit to Maribor. Fani & Rozi is located right at the river and just a short walk to the Oldest Grape Vine in the World. There are great restaurants, shopping and an entire city just steps away. A special thanks to Tinka (sp?) for her help making reservations with wineries. It made our trip so easy. Parking is steps away from Fani & Rozi, but note that it does run about 25 Euros/day.

Hotel was very up to date. The rooms were very clean. The lady in the front was very helpful. Parking was easy. In walking distance to city center.

Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). This was our 3rd week of a 5 week Central Europe exploration and a HUGE and unexpected win was a laundry machine in the communal space. We travel with laundry sheets and use sinks and tubs - getting everything really clean was a win! There is...

We loved the staff and property. Our chalet location was top notch. We also really appreciated the e-bikes, spa and option to dine on property. We loved it all!

Extremely professional and helpful staff. Great restaurant next door.

Very nice hotel, great staff and excelent location.

You can go everywhere by foot, just perfect

If you want a quiet place away from the City center but still close...this is it!! If you are a skier...then this is A GREAT CHOICE. We could view the ski runs from our balcony. Boutique hotel with super owners and staff. The breakfast in the morning was great and the bar is available after a long day...very nice. We were there in Cherry season and fresh cherries were available every morning from their garden.. The only thing we can caution about is the shower can be a little...

Very nice location, close to slopes. Owner is amazing! Definitely will stay again.

This property is pretty bare bones, but was clean and in a good location near many attractions.

Staff including the bartender were very helpful. They helped arrange a taxi for my transportation. The bartender was very hospitable

Perfect location, renovated hotel, super pleasant staff

Everything was great.

Had been staying right outside city center and decided it would be more covenient to move. Place was great, friendly helpful staff. They let me check in early. Very clean rooms. Only complaint was location after dark. I am a female traveling alone and the walk back from my restaurant at 10pm did not feel safe. There’s about a 2 block stretch where I did not see once person or car and it was a bit nerve racking. Not sure I would venture out after dark. I’m sure Maribor is very safe, but...

The best part of the hotel is the secured parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok

Very friendly staff! Good recommendations when it came to food. Room was fine & breakfast fair for 10 EUR. Definitely a solid choice for solo travelers in Maribor.

Wonderful staff and experience. Close to all attractions.
