Quando chegamos, ela nao quis praticar o preço do aplicativo, tive que pagar 70 reais a mais para nao dormir na rua com meus filhos, pois ela alegou que o estabelecimento estava fechado, apesar de ter uma outra familia hospedada. "The hotel is the best in Rio! Super close to beach and they provide beach supplies so you don’t have to rent. Also the room is really up to date and nice and comfy."

"The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment."

Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. "
