"I have not one complaint about our stay here. It’s big but not too big where the staff doesn’t know your name. The restaurants were all good. Drinks were good. Bed was comfortable. We had a small issue with a leak and the ac but it was fixed within an hour of telling the front desk about it. Property is beautiful. Beach was never overcrowded. We will definitely be returning next year! "

"Day1. Greeted by the lovely Beyoncé at the Front Desk. Check in was smooth and quick (arrived 3;30pm). 4pm attended Welcome ceremony with Dr. D the Facility Director. The rest of my week (5/13-18) was wonderful. The Infinity Pool was exquisite; The birds beautiful; other patrons were very courteous and friendly. I learned how to embrace the water by taking a water-aerobics class (the ladies and the instructor Lucy were fabulous). Drinks and Dinner served in the Courtyard- nice drinks made by David. Staff very helpful and courteous. They have Go-Carts to take you around the complex if you have too many bags or too tired to walk. Dawn Beach is clean and the water is glorious. Please stop by the Beranda for delicious foods by Chef Carlos 😍."

"The property great! We stayed on the adult side with the swim out and everything was top notch. The only downside was the food. The food was 5/10 at best. However, there are great restaurants near the area some within walking distance. Special shout out to Serth, JoJo, and of course Smiley!! Thanks for the awesome stay!"
