It was impecable. The hotel, the rooms, the service, every little detail was prefect.

We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. My wife and I took one unit, and our kids took the other. The resort is in a very convenient location- also very well-maintained. Third stay in St Maarten/Martin since 1993. By far the nicest hotel of my 3 stays. While not directly on a beach, a short drive to Orient, or across the street to Dawn Beach at the Westin. We were on the upper level, building B and had a great view of the ocean across the street. Actually you can drove about anywhere on the island in 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Horrible parking

we have stayed at the royal palm beach resort 4 times in the past years. it is one of our favorite places to stay. the staff and rooms are outstanding. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Had a short staycation here (I live in Anguilla) and I loved it. Originally booked it because the description said there was a bathtub, which turned out to be false (discussed with the hotel via text beforehand) and considered cancelling but I'm so glad I kept the reservation. Great location close to the airport, bus route, beach, supermarket, several restaurants, and great property overall.

The staff is polite helpful patient and happy. Keith at Carambola restaurant was exceptional. The pastry Chef came herself to discuss our gluten free need for the dessert. Everyone was accommodating. The rental car seemed to have stalled, the valet staff went above and beyond to help restart. While checking out the manager was courteous and handled everything with well. The hotel was clean, no sand on the floors.

My husband and I just came back from this resort. We spent 6 days and I will share my honest experience during the time there. Upon arrival, we were taken to the Adults Only (AO) which is what I booked since that's my preference. There is a Family Resort (FR) in the front of the AO resort. My wife and I have been vacationing on St. Maarten for 15 years, and this was our first time at this resort. The staff are very nice and helpful. They have two great restaurants, one on the beach and one fine dining on the resort. We stayed for seven days which was perfect. We were absolutely satisfied. There was everything we have expected.

The property is well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only restaurant/bar at the facility is opened for all 3 meals at a specific time but the bar is always open. You can get a good dinner for a rational price. Breakfast was pretty good not included.

Numerous stays here. Obviously like it very much.

Seaview is in the middle of Philipsburg and walking distance to restaurants, stores and beach rentals. Three tours where they picked me up within walking distance of Seaview are listed below.
