"Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We spent a week in St Martin almost every year since 2019, and Grand Case is the best home base during our visit. Villa Diamant offers privacy, security and the breathtaking views. It is very convenient to some of the best beaches, French restaurants and French bakeries on the island. The property manager, Eric, was very helpful providing information and assistance. "This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. "This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures! The view is unbelievably beautiful, with huge sliding screen doors that open directly onto the beach. We spent every night out on the terrace enjoying the warm air and peaceful privacy.
