"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."

"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors."

"I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend."

"Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens."

"The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths."

"We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy."

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! "We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...
