"Hôtel bien placé et propre Parfait pour un petit séjour à Los Angeles"

"This hotel suited us as a family as a stop over from driving from San Francisco. The parking was free. It was close to Venice beach /canals where we hired bikes and cycled to Santa Monica pier. The room was clean with large double beds, shower was good. Beach view was great Great location for the price Thankyou"

"Front Desk Staff lack Hospitality. Unfriend, Rude and non helpful. I was never told upon check in about complimentary breakfast which I paid for where it was held . Also, when asked , if there was coffee available , I was told.. ummmm, In your room. I love this hotel and location, but the staff needs some manners. Now, I know and wont have to bother them again.
